Classes and workshops are scheduled morning and evening each day. It’s entirely up to you what you attend, but there will be a balance of short early-morning Cardio sessions, Strength training and of course lots of Pilates! The property we’ve chosen is really quite special and is located in a beautiful part of Cornwall. They’ll be plenty of free time after morning sessions to explore the area and have lunch in some of the pretty towns and villages .
Is this Pilates Retreat for me?
Yes! Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome, including complete Beginners. There will be a choice of classes each morning and evening, for more and less experienced clients alike. Group sizes are small so you’ll benefit from lots of attention from your teachers, in a relaxed environment with lots of time before and after class to ask questions. Catering is Half-board from Monday evening through to Friday breakfast, with a pub meal (at extra cost, payable at the pub) arranged for the group on Thursday evening.
