Cornwall Pilates & Fitness Retreat

    Energise, rejuvenate and reset with our luxury 4 night Midweek Pilates retreat

    Classes and workshops are scheduled morning and evening each day. It’s entirely up to you what you attend, but there will be a balance of short early-morning Cardio sessions, Strength training and of course lots of Pilates! The property we’ve chosen is really quite special and is located in a beautiful part of Cornwall. They’ll be plenty of free time after morning sessions to explore the area and have lunch in some of the pretty towns and villages .

    Is this Pilates Retreat for me?

    Yes! Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome, including complete Beginners. There will be a choice of classes each morning and evening, for more and less experienced clients alike. Group sizes are small so you’ll benefit from lots of attention from your teachers, in a relaxed environment with lots of time before and after class to ask questions. If you enjoy our regular classes in Hackney, think this and more!

    Our below Itinerary gives you an idea of what to expect from the week.

    Catering is Half-board from Monday evening through to Friday breakfast, with a pub meal (at extra cost, payable at the pub) arranged for the group on Thursday evening.

    All of our retreat menus are carefully planned with consideration to the activities on offer, to help you get the most from your stay. Please view our sample menus for an idea on what to expect.

    Tea, coffee and cake will be awaiting your arrival. You'll be able to check straight into your room, use the pool, hot tub or steam if you wish or just relax before dinner

    An early morning 30 minute Cardio session with Sam in the Old Workshop, or take a walk if you prefer (or simply stay in bed!)

    Breakfast laid out until 09:30

    45 minutes duration. You will be able to choose from a Mixed Ability Session with Caroline or an Intermediate Session with Sam

    Shoulder Workshop with Danai - learn about anatomy of the shoulder and the best exercises to free up your shoulders, release tension and ultimately move your entire body! Small equipment will be used in what will be a fun and practical session

    Help yourself to a slice of our freshly baked cakes. Served from 16:00 and available until they are gone!

    "Balls and Barrels" workshop with Sam. Big balls, Small balls and the Pilates Arc - learn a series of exercises to challenge your balance and stability whilst finding extra range of movement and release in your spine, hips and shoulders

    Help yourself to a slice of our freshly baked cakes. Served from 16:00 and available until they are gone!

    A three course dinner with wine and coffee

    60 minutes duration. You will be able to choose from a Mixed Ability Session with Caroline or an Intermediate Session with Sam

    Includes a stop at a cafe for lunch where you'll be able to grab a sandwich

    A 60 minute session based upon Danai's popular "Stretch" workshop - a great way to unwind and end the week

    Cornish Cream tea with scones, clotted cream & jam and a glass of bubbly! 

    19:30 departure for 20:00 table

    Transport provided

    If you're not hungover from the pub! An early morning 30 minute Strength Session with Sam in the Old Workshop or garden, or take a walk (or simply stay in bed!)

    Served until 09:30. Includes pancakes and a small selection of options from our Sunday brunch menu.  

    Rooms must be vacated by 10:00

    Luggage can be left for the day if you want to explore the area further before leaving Cornwall

    Our Pilates & Fitness Package includes:

    Four nights luxury en-suite accomodation Monday 22nd - Friday 26th November

    Breakfast, Afternoon Tea & Cake, Dinner, Drinks (unlimited tea/coffee, half-bottle wine with dinner) and snacks  (unlimited fruit bowl) from arrival Monday evening to departure Friday morning (see our sample menus for what to expect)

    All classes, sessions and workshops (see Itinerary for more info.)

    Use of venue facilities; hot-tub, steamroom, indoor freshwater swimming pool etc.

    Luxury bathrobes, bath and swim towels. Ren toiletries in all bathrooms

    Collection to/from Plymouth or Bodmin Parkway possible - please contact us for more details if you plan to travel by train

    Package Prices:

    Prices are per person for the four night stay (based on two sharing):

    Standard King/Superking/Twin Room with ensuite shower £490

    Premium King/Superking/Twin Room with ensuite shower & rolltop bath £570

    Two standard rooms available as triples, with a fold-down bed for a third adult (at extra cost) - please enquire

    Solo travellers: please do get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. You can share a twin room with another guest, or if you'd prefer a private room, we can offer a small discount on the double (full) occupancy price

    Pay a £175 deposit per person to secure your place on our Retreat and the balance no later than 27th September 2021.

    What's NOT included:

    Transport to Cornwall. Our minibus driver can collect you from a train station local to Tregulland, but this needs to be arranged with us in advance. 

    1:1 Private instruction or massage - available at extra cost and can be arranged when you arrive

    Midday lunch. After morning sessions you have the opportunity to explore the local area, or relax and enjoy the property. 

    Thursday night farewell pub meal; a table will be arranged for the group. The cost is payable direct to the pub 

    Any refreshments from the Honesty bar! We'll take payment at the end of the stay
