Caroline Kinch

Caroline began her Pilates journey a decade ago, inspired to seek relief for her own back aches and pains induced by desk-bound office work, long commutes, cycling  and travelling with an oversized backpack, amongst other urban vices of late nights in bad shoes! Pilates helped her to find peace of mind and body within the constraints of a modern lifestyle; she became a Pilates teacher to help others find the same balance.

Caroline has a warm, friendly and relaxed manner and brings this approach to her teaching. She sees Pilates as a way to make beneficial changes to your body without having to cut out what you enjoy – you’ll be sure to have a giggle in her class! Caroline is also a keen cyclist and can usually be seen giving Sam a run for her money!
