    Note that requests for a Private Room for single occupancy will incur additional costs - we will contact you to discuss.
    Please read our Terms and Conditions before booking. All confirmed bookings are bound by our Terms and Conditions.

    - A deposit of £175 per person is required to secure your place on one of our retreats.
    - If booking within 8 weeks (56 days) of the date on which the retreat begins, payment in full is required. Once a deposit is paid, deposits are non-refundable if at any time you choose to cancel your place. Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. You will receive an email by way of confirmation of your place.
    - Balance of payment is due 8 weeks (56 days) prior to retreat start date. If full payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without any refund of deposit paid.
    - Cancellation by the Guest: Should you wish to cancel your place on a retreat, please do so in writing. We do not refund deposit payments.
    - Once the balance of payment has been made (on or more than 56 days before the retreat start date), refunds cannot be provided on either the balance of payment or the deposit, if you then choose to cancel your place for whatever reason. You may transfer your place to another guest, or if advised, we will endeavour to fill your place ourselves. This is not a guarantee. We will refund your payment (including the deposit) in full if and when the place is taken and paid for in full by another guest.
    - Minimum Numbers: We reserve the right to cancel our retreats where the minimum number of guests has not been reached. A refund of any payment made to existing bookings is guaranteed, including the deposit.
    - Covid -19 Policy: If national or regional lockdown or social distancing measures mean it is impractical or unviable to run the retreat due to Covid-19, the retreat will be postponed to a later date. If the later date offered is undesired, a refund of all payments made is guaranteed.
    - Trip Cancellation: If we have to cancel your booking for any other reason, we will refund all payments, or the guest can choose to re-book a different retreat. If we cancel a retreat we are not liable for any additional expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking e.g. train tickets purchased to travel to the retreat.
    - Alterations to Planned Itinerary: We adhere to published itineraries wherever possible, however changes are occasionally necessary due to factors beyond our control. Your safety and wellbeing is our priority. If we deem a planned activity to later be unsafe due to external conditions, or unsuitable or beyond the capabilities of those enrolled on the retreat, an alternative will be given
    - Personal Liability: By choosing to participate in our activities, particularly those staged in an outdoor environment, you accept these activities may pose a risk of personal injury, or even death. All clients must be aware of and accept the risk and be responsible for their own actions and involvement in such activities.
    - Our Duty of Care to You: By booking, you agree to abide by the rules, decisions or instructions of your Instructor or Host. Any guest contravening decisions or instructions of our Team Leaders relinquishes the protection and duty of care of the said Team Leader
    - Third Parties we have thoroughly researched any third party providers we have chosen to provide goods and services to the Retreat e.g. accommodation, outside catering and transport. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, accident or event due to the actions of a third party we shall not be held liable.
    - Guest Health Declaration: by booking a Retreat you declare to being in good physical and mental health and able to participate in the activities listed on the Itinerary. All clients will be required to complete and submit a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before the start date of each retreat.
    - Communication: Through booking one of our retreats, you will be added to our email distribution list as we may need to email you in the lead up to the retreat.
    - Marketing: You may also receive marketing emails from us (via Mailchimp) about upcoming retreats. Please Unsubscribe from these at any point if you do not wish to receive them.
    - Photography: Whilst attending our Retreat, your photograph may be taken for posting at a later date on our website or social media. It is your responsibility to inform us if you do not wish to be photographed.
