All retreats include:

Our Run and Cycle retreats also include sports-specific coaching, guiding and feedback. Whilst you don’t definitely need to be an athlete to attend a Run or Cycle holiday, it is assumed that you regularly run or cycle and enjoy doing so! Options are given for different ability levels so the most able are truly challenged, and the less swift are pushed, albeit a little more comfortably so!

Payable as optional extra:

  • 1:1 Pilates or Personal Training or sports coaching
  • Deep tissue or relaxing massage
  • Farewell evening meal in a nearby pub (a table will be booked for the group)
