Join us at Tregulland, Cornwall, for a weekend of Running, Pilates, Strength and Mobility training, uniquely tailored for runners. Kicking off on a Friday afternoon, this weekend will be a great opportunity to experience some runs along the beautiful Cornwall coastline, with different routes and distances to suit all running abilities.
Is this Running Retreat for me?
You don’t have to be a fast runner, or an experienced runner to take part, just someone looking to enjoy running with others along with some of the best scenery possible. We assume if you’re considering a running holiday, you’ll probably already regularly running upwards of 5km, enjoy lacing up your trainers and exploring on foot.
The weekend will include a few shorter guided runs (5-12km) and one longer, hilly coastal run on Saturday (10-21km).
There will be the opportunity after the runs to discuss running techniques, and movement classes geared specifically towards the ranges of movement needed for running. After the guided runs and classes you can eat, drink and relax in the wonderful surrounding of Tregulland, although if you prefer, there is always the option to explore more of the coastline running further on your own.
Our below Itinerary gives you an idea of what to expect from the weekend. Everything is optional; if you decide to have a lie-in and miss an activity that’s absolutely fine, we’re not running a Boot Camp!
Catering is full board from Friday lunch (arrival from noon) through to Sunday afternoon tea, with a pub meal (at extra cost, payable at the pub) arranged for the group on Sunday evening. Monday breakfast is provided prior to departure.
