Danai studied dance and humanities. Based in London, along with her teaching she is also involved in dance and performance art projects.
She came across Pilates through her dance training and found it very beneficial for strengthening the body and recovering from injury. She trained with Body Control Pilates and teaches matwork, Pregnancy Pilates, Stretching, Barre and creative exercise to groups and private clients. Working on strength and flexibility, her classes include elements from various dance techniques, yoga and improvisation. Danai brings a wonderful sense of creativity to her classes and encourages you to explore and understand your own body through movement.
